I recently began the 21-day program they offer, but was unable to continue due to personal issues. However, I do want to encourage anyone and everyone to go through this program. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with friendliness, and you quickly realize that they treat you more like a family member. The trainers are amazing and help you every step of the way. And do not let your age or physical ability cause you hesitation; they are happy and eager to help and work with anyone regardless of age or ability. I cannot recommend this program high enough. And again, the trainers are amazing. Plus, no one looks down on you at all. Everyone else is on their own personal fitness journey and are just as friendly and helpful as the trainers. It’s only $59 for the 21-day program. Please go speak with them and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
My husband and I recently joined P-fit and love it!!!!!! All of the trainers are super nice and highly motivating. This place is for everyone no matter what fitness level you are. The trainers give you modifications if you are unable to perform a certain movement and make sure your moving in the right form so you don’t hurt yourself.
a routine of 30 minutes every day is the best thing that has happened to me after being a mother of 3 children and seeing the changes in my body and the extra pounds, the combination of exercises are perfect designed to work your whole body, I changed my body 100% and I'm still in process every day! p-fit the best without a doubt
This is the best part of my day everyday. They have helped me lose over 50 lbs. The best trainers and the best workout. They are knowledgeable and help you to learn to eat properly for not just losing weight but maintaining the weight loss.
It’s been just about a year since I joined. I started started there with their dropped your jeans contest. I was in a slump and needed to get myself out and back on track once again, and it definitely did work! I truly enjoy being a part of the pay fit family, the coaches are awesome always make you feel welcome & and encouraging to push forward and be proud of your accomplishments. It is a very fun environment lots of smiles & laughs but keeping you focused on your goals. I love going there! if you’ve never tried you, should I promise you it will be worth it!
P-Fit is different. There is no judgment here, only support! I recently signed up for the fitness challenge and quickly discovered it's more than just exercise. You'll get nutritional advice and meal plans, access to helpful supplements, and fun workouts that get you results.

This place is incredible! From day one I felt comfortable, well educated and like I am getting the best workout of my life. The trainers are insanely positive, caring, fun, and go out of their way to motivate and push you to the best of your abilities. They truly want to see you succeed! No matter your fitness/strength level, the trainers will ensure that you are using proper form to avoid injuries and offer whatever modification you may need. I recommend Platinum to everyone; absolutely the greatest gym around!
The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. No matter if your goal is to lose weight, simply stay fit, or to train like a hardcore athlete, Platinum Fitness has what you're looking for. The trainers at Platinum Fitness have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out. I feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the PF family...Thank you!
By far the best gym I have ever experienced! There is on sight personal trainers as well as nutritionist to help me reach my goals. The workouts are great and there is comfort in knowing trainers are there to teach you proper form. My wife and I joined a few months ago and we have found what we been looking for in a gym. This is an amazing gym, we are so thankful to have a location here in Cape Coral!
