Employees are extremely rude and most of the clothes are covered in stains and or have holes all in them. And there is a male employee who writes on all of the shoes which brings down the value of them and is definitely noticeable and makes me and other people not want to buy them at that point

When they don't feel like helping somebody they don't and all pass on your clothing they don't even go through it. I need for some people telling me clothing isn't needed source of income due to hard times. But instead they'd rather not do their job and just hand you your stuff back whether you need the money more than someone just selling for heck of it.

This Plato's is kept up very well. It is incredibly clean and the layout makes you feel like you are in a cute little boutique. The prices are great and the selection is awesome, it looks/feels new vs. second hand.

everytime I come in Deja always is extremely helpful and has a positive attitude ! I have never had a bad experience coming in, either shopping or selling clothing , 10/10 I love this store !!

Went in to sale these BRAND NEW LEVI jeans and was ordered $14! Such a scam, it’s not even a third of what I paid for them. I was told not to come here but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Don't give your name brand items to this store. If you give them $300 worth of name brand clothes, they'll give you $26. Total waste of your drive and time. You're better of selling them on Facebook.

2 girls working acted as if they just didn't like people. When I was finally asked if I needed help it just seemed it was a struggle for them. I won't be back and good luck if you decide to visit.

I have sold clothes at both store.  But I realize that they pay very very low for your items.  But the real issue I have is they have these young ladies in both stores that do not have any real knowledge about knowing the value of clothing unless they are going off something else.  But I was informed by one of the young ladies that they only purchase item that is from 2020 until now.  They find the date inside the clothing lol.  Now I do know with some clothing and shoes with the serial number and dates can be there.  One more issue I had was the young lady the slim blonde which it is two of them one is like an angel she have a beautiful soul.  Then there is the other one she told me that she don’t even have to look at any dates she just knows the clothes lol that was the funniest thing I heard all year long.  She is like 20 I’m almost 60 year old and I am a reseller, my daughter is a professional photographer my god daughter is a clothing stylist.  These two young ladies work with celebrities.  I told them this today and they both laughed and said mother you moved to Arkansas.  Name brand to them is Kate Spade Michael Kros and they take clothes from Walmart so no she do not know brands only mall brands.  That was my day if you don’t know just don’t say anything!!! Im not sure who the young brown hair girl is that works in there but she is not very friendly.  And whn I asked "May I have a bag" she snapped "We are a bagless store" but as soon as the caucasian girl walked in the atore her whole mood changed. Im spending my money in the store and I am not surprised just wish people would be nice. I will be returning my items.

I love Plato’s closet honestly you can find such good clothes but I’m never selling to them again. I sold clothes there today and they took 12 items and offered only $31 that means my clothes we worth like $3 each but they sell it for so much more. It’s honestly a rip off I’m honestly quite upset with them, never again
