Worst place to exchange clothes. Despite the large back of perfect conditioned name brand clothes I brought in - they took 1 article of clothing for $7.00. While I waited for my items to be looked at and my 1 item “purchased” I looked around the clothing racks they had - disgusting. I was warned about this place by many people in the area when I talked about bringing my gently used clothes here…I should have listened. Donating is 1000% the better way to go then wasting your time here for a measly $7.00.
I should have checked reviews before trying to sell here. While the girls working were nice enough there was NO explanation as to why only 4 items of the 3 bags of clothes I brought in were taken when the clothes had been name brand, good condition some even with tags. I will never be coming back here and recommend every seller to avoid this store as well.
Very disrespectful girls. I brought 4 bags of clothes and they said they all had holes and makeup stains. They didn’t even open all the bags. I had lulu lemon clothes and other good brands at the bottom of the bags. They were very disrespectful and were just laughing the whole time. I will never go there again. I suggest never going there
DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY LIE!!! I called in ahead because I didn't want to waste my time and they told me they would take my buy but when I arrived shortly after they turned me away NOT honoring there word! About 10 minutes later another lady walked in and they accepted and took her buy with me standing right there!!! Total preference and prejudice! DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS THEY DONT DESERVE IT!!!
Terrible service here. Apparently they don’t care how their employees act as all the reviews say exactly what I came to comment. Workers were snotty and rude. Only took a few items even though I had nice, new clothes. Sad that work places don’t hold staff to a higher standard. Will not be back
Girls were so disrespectful. They would just talk and not even help the customers. We also brought cloths here they said the cloths were to worn. There were many brand new items even with tags on them. The bags didn’t even move still tied up they didn’t even look at the cloths.
If I was able to give "0" stars, I would! The girls working tonight 3-18-22 were very unprofessional and could use a little more training on customer service! I understand it may be a 1st job for most young girls but definitely needs a manager on-site to make sure they are doing their jobs and taking care of the customers. As I filled out the blue sheet of paper with all my information on it. Name, Address, Phone Number, the bags/totes my clothing came in and i was told just place it on the floor in front of the check in desk and that it will only take about 25-30 minutes and when my items were processed I would see my name on the white board when its finished . I replied okay, and i went looking around to see what they had to pass by time, went and tried a few items on in one of the fitting room, saw a sign saying only 6 items, i looked to see if someone was working the fitting rooms, there wasn't, I see about 5 young ladies surrounding the items that are supposed to be getting checked in by Maggie, I believe her name was. complaining about how late they were going to be there. I go in and try on the items I found, only like a few, put them on the rack and looked back and saw they were on my 3 white trash bags. I think to myself that sure was a long 30 minutes, See its almost 7:45pm. Wow! So i start to walk towards the front, this young lady comes up to me and says its almost closing time, you only have 10 minutes to be in here. I look at her confused and say, I'm waiting for you all to finish checking in my clothing. what is the hold up she walks away nervously I thought something isn't right. I ask again and was told they LOST MY SLIP! And didn't know what bags I had. Now I'm upset. This is the worst experience i had ever had. And who's to BLAME. The owner/manager! These girls NEEDS TRAINING!! I'm writing corporate This needs to be addressed to someone higher than the girls at the store or the manager who clearly isn't there or concerned about how its ran! I'm thrown back on how all this [played out and i was nothing but patient with it. I'll never be back to this location, and gave me a bad taste about this process, items being judged by young girls who don't even know how to process correctly! horrible! Just horrible
0/5. Honestly terrible. I brought in a large basket full of great condition, new, and new with tags items from quality brands including some name brands. First, I walked in and was told I had to wait with my clothes and it would be 20-25 minutes, which is a little weird. Then I waited for 45 minutes until I asked about my clothes at the counter and they said "oh yeah it's probably ready". I proceeded to get $3.90 for ONE ITEM from my basket. Don't waste your time going here. Added bonus, the staff was not friendly, kind, or helpful in any way. I understand they are young and this might be their first job but being standoffish to customers, texting behind the counter, calling boys in a huddle together, and overall being poorly managed is very frustrating.
Long story short - brought several pairs of shoes and a single express shirt. Was told wait would be up to 45 minutes and they wanted you to stay in the store. I waited…for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally walked to the desk, saw my bag, and asked if it had been dealt with, if not I was going to leave- no big deal. The girl was chatting with a friend and I had to interrupt them because a customer standing there wasn’t a prompt enough and I was told my stuff was “too mature”. Fine. But how long would I have waited if I hadn’t gone up there? I got to my car and noticed the bag with the shirt was missing. I went back in and asked where the shirt was and was greeted with no help whatsoever. I get it.
Hit or miss as far as attentiveness and professionalism of staff. Some seem experienced and know how to help the customer. Others act busy behind the counter and do not appear interested in their job. My daughter walked away with plenty of clothes, but don’t plan to find the outerwear or shoes that you want. They were too finicky about buying her unwanted clothes, to be honest.
