Best place to watch the UFC/Boxing events. Usually come here with my friends that are 21+ but last time I decided to take my little man for lunch. We had a blast. Day time is kinda calm atmosphere. Nights are a bit different. Skirt stake 8/10 solid Firecracker shrimp was a 10/10 best shrimp I ever had Salads are fire too. Let's just say the food will not disappoint at playbook.

Very empty on Saturday night. It used to be always busy, last week it was very empty maybe because of the labor day weekend. Otherwise a good place to go dance and have a drink.
Very impressed with the grilled naked wings. Excellent texture and they were cooked perfectly. Really liked the Buffalo garlic sauce. Good service at the bar as well. Clean taps too. Seems like a well managed establishment.
Website showed drink specials, but when I asked the bartender if they had any, she said no. Drink menu doesn't have prices, who do they think they are Chez Paul? My drink was $14, what a joke. WAY OVERPRICED, we will not be returning.
Great space, friendly staff, daily specials, and the Food, OMG, the food.. I haven't had much the the Mini Mac Sliders are my new favorite bar food with the fresh potato fries. And this is the 1st place I've had Stella Artois Cider which I recommend to anyone that likes Cider beer.
Let me say the food is excellent good pricing, the brunch was soooo good I will be coming back many times I tried a lot of different items in the menu and they have never disappoint me even stake was cooked perfectly. 10/10 Food: 5/5

I threw my mom a retirement party here a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. While they don't have a private room, they had an area with its own separate bar and multiple booths and tables sectioned off for us. I worked with Lukas to plan the menu and to work out some logistics with setup. He was very helpful and made excellent food recommendations. Communication was spotty via email so I would recommend calling if you're planning a party. When we arrived, most of the tables were high which were difficult for the older guests. The staff was quick to replace a number of them with regular tables. Food came out hot and fast. So many people complimented me on the choice of venue for atmosphere and good eats. 5 stars for the staff... from the manager to the hostess, waiters and bartenders. They were extremely attentive and fulfilled my requests whenever I asked. Playbook was extremely affordable compared to most restaurants I was considering. Highly recommended!!
My first time stopping in Niles Illinois and the best customer service Christina was my server and David recommend it chicken by the book it was delicious
