This is the best laundromat in Denver and we've tried them all. Lots of room, always clean, anyways attended with friendly staff and lots of parking. I'm almost hesitant to give the review and draw more people. It's really that nice here.
While I was there I asked where I could get cash because it's a coin laundromat, attended asked "for what".. uhm, gestures to coin machine, then she says "we don't have the thingy to give out cash". K. Go to store and get cash back, w/e. But what really irked me was watching the same woman yell at someone else's kid. I will avoid this place
Nice lady that works here, she is helpful with questions. Machines take coins thankfully I like cold, hard money lol and wont go anywhere that doesnt accept it, so appreciative of that This spot is somewhat small tho, and weekends they get busy early. There wasnt too many places to sit, or room to use tables to fold. Small washers can fit bout a load and a half, costs $3. Jumbo washes available too. Plenty of machines, but trust when they get busy you gonna have to look for an open one. Thought it was cool to see they have discount days where its cheaper. Area for kids to play, few games that took coins, bathrooms were clean. Thank you for the kind service. Decent lil' spot.

They lock the doors 2 to 3 hours before closing time. Dont spend money to uber here, might not even get in. Poor customer service and communication skills. As advised by the staff there, I will do my laundry else where.
So very large sign on front window says last load IN at 8:00pm. Which is a big lie!! The lady there was very rude about it as well. I had a very small load to do and was there at 7:20 and person working would not let me in. Change your sign if you aren't going to follow the.
I've been going to Playland Laundry for about two years now. I have always had a good experience there. I've never felt uncomfortable or rushed in any way, even when I've taken longer than expected and stayed past close. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I don't have any children, but for those who do, there is a play area, thus the name Playland. The store is always clean. This is the only laundromat I use.
Clean place but lady who is working has poor attitude and customer service. Put my wash in at 6:45 and has the nerve to tell me I close at 8pm u need to be done and no going in and out. as I was walking out putting my laundry soap in my car. Sign on door says LAST WASH AT 8pm
Normally this pace is great but they decided to close 45 minutes early today. I just wanted to drop it off and pick it up in 2 days and the girl was rude and said they were closed and she wouldn’t help other people were in there and washing still evern her open sign was on
It's very spacious & good prices for washing to plus they have extra outlets so we can charge our electronics while we wash. Most of the staff is friendly & the restrooms are always clean. However they do have roaches in their snack machine room.
