We had a great experience with renting an inflatable water slide from Playtime. Reserving online was easy and the business was responsive via email and phone when I had questions. Our birthday party was “the best ever” according to our newly 5yr old.

The men arrived on time, worked so hard within the heat of the day. Showed my husband what to do and not do. Everything was secured and neatly laid out. They arrived that evening and quickly took the house and pool down. Again, neatly. Really appreciated every step of the rental process.  Will use them again next time grandkids visit together! What a fun day had by all! THANK YOU! *** THERE WAS AN EXTENSION CORD LEFT. WE WILL KEEP IT OUTSIDE, IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

We had the best party thanks to Playtime Bouncehouse! The kids played for hours and hours, never getting bored of the awesome water slide. It was delivered early and set up super quick, so my kids were thrilled! We will definitely use them again in the future .

I am an event planner and I highly recommend Playtime BounceHouse Party Rentals.  They provided some blowups and concessions for a 1,200 person event I planned in June 2022.  They were a bit slow to pick up and return calls but I think they may have a “day job” as they did return my calls but just a little delayed.  Have patience and follow up with an extra call if needed but they were responsive and very nice.  Their equipment was spotless, I watched the cotton candy and popcorn machines come out of the truck and they looked brand new.  They provided everything they said they would. The bounce house units were clean.  The staff was terrific!  They were kind and helpful.  I recommend using this company and plan on working with them again!

I always enjoy renting from here! They have a lot of great options and their prices are either the best or comparable to others. The owner is very personable and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Pick up and drop off was seamless. The staff was kind. And the equipment I’ve rented has always been in great shape and a hit at events!

Playtime was very professional and very helpful from the beginning to the end of our rental. The kids loved the Bouncy House combo. Great Business and I would definitely recommend them!

We received amazing help and customer service from this company!!! We had an amazing time at my sons birthday party, even the adults had fun! 10/10 would recommend. Everyone we spoke with and came in contact with was polite and respectful and professional.

This was my 3rd time renting from Playtime Bouncehouse and I must say they continue to provide amazing service.  Their bounce houses are very clean and the customer service is amazing.  I will definitely be using their services again, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for some outside fun for the kids.

We had a last minute rental same day and they not only came through for us but were absolutely amazing. The guy that did the delivery and set up was kind, hard working, and thorough to say the least. They helped save the day and made a 5yos birthday extra special.

Great place for party rentals. We have rented an inflatable water slide for the past 3 years for a children’s birthday party with complete satisfaction. The kids always have a great time, as well as some of the parents who decide to ride. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hardworking, we will definitely continue to use them for our party needs.
