First and last time here. My other laundry mat was super busy today so I tried this place. It was ok until the miserable woman behind the counter spoke so poorly to a customer she outta be ashamed of herself and whoever raised her. Saying to go elsewhere and it wasn't in her job description to the gentleman who didn't speak good English, wanted her to translate on his phone app about how to operate the machine properly. Human decency and customer service would entitle anyone to that information. Maybe do a job that doesn't require you to interact with other people. So disgusting!
This place has been in severe decline the past few months. In addition to weak dryers went from taking 35 minutes to dry a load to an hour, depending on who's on duty, you also get to deal with dirty washers interior and exterior, a rude attendant who showed open hostility over the wearing of gloves and a mask and just overall poor upkeep. After doing business here for 5 years, I simply do not feel welcome here anymore. It's as if the mere presence of customers is an unspeakable burden for the place.
Very outdated facility. I did see mild in the washer ring. Soap dispensers are not clean or deep cleaned daily. Carpet soiled. Machines worked fine. The older dryers not as hot as the newer ones on the back walls.b The employee working was super friendly ! Kudos to hiring her.
Everytime we come here Saturday evenings there's never any washer open & usually the girl working is RUDE. Today was honestly the worst experience I've had there and will not be back.
A wonderful clean place for laundry service. The women who work here are wonderful and kind people. Also have quick and easy bill pay service if you need to pay a bill. I found out about Plaza Laundry from a family friend and she was so right!
Basic place to do your wash. Starts at $3 wash. Dryer needs about $1+.
I was refused quarters and accused of getting change to go somewhere else. I told her that I didn't bring my clothes in with me because if they didn't have change I didn't want to take them back to the car. The lady then said well go get them then I'll give it to you. Another customer heard the conversation and told me that the change machine took $20s. So glad I was able to still wash my clothes without the attendants help.
The ladies up front always say hello and are very friendly! Dryers dry so fast! I can use 75 cents to dry a load of towels! It took me more time to fold my laundry than it did to dry it. AND It's never too crowded
The women who work here were awesome and very helpful. The establishment is very clean and they have plenty of big washers and dryers. I used them to wash my down comforters. I will definitely be back.
They apparently close at 8 on Sundays and won't even let you dry only past 6:30. The bridge troll behind the counter wasn't very nice either.
