Pleasant Hill Volunteer Firefighter Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit association that consists of the members of the Pleasant Hill RFPD. Located Southeast of Springfield, Oregon. We respond to 2 Stations with 9 Pieces of Apparatus. We are the First Response to the Citizens of Pleasant Hill and Jasper, Oregon. Our District is 26 square miles and includes State Hwy 58 and the Willamette River. We also provide Mutual Aid Help to the communities of Dexter, Goshen, Lowell, and Mckenzie Communities.
Our duty is to protect lives from the ravages of fire, the torments of illness and medical emergency and intervene during any disaster caused by man or nature.
Our mission is to strive for excellence in the performance of these services provided to our community and our neighbors. This excellence is obtained
through education, prevention, training and equipment maintenance.
These services are provided to you, our neighbors, by your neighbors: The firefighters and emergency medical professionals that form the team here at PHFD. It is the support of these neighbor volunteers and the support that they receive from you, their community that provides first class emergency intervention protection to Pleasant Hill, Jasper and the surrounding communities.
