My Father in law went to inpatient rehab PVH location. Everyone we encountered were professional and polite. They greatly helped my Father in laws mobility. I recommend the therapy team 100%.
Well so far I have been waiting on test results about my heart for days. When they are super important and my referral needed to know as soon as possible. They just keep saying my report hasn't been read yet. With things like your heart they should be on it fast especially when the referral Dr says so and you can't make any other appointments until you have those results..
Unfortunately I had to make an ER visit due to having pleurisy, I was weak & visibly sick. The receptionist, Christi Williams was out of line, down right rude. I go back to what I'm thinking would be a bed so that I could lay my sick body down but no bed. Just an exam chair. I mean, how sick does a person need to be to get an ED room with a bed? The Dr. Who examined me was Dr. Kitchen. He couldn't have been less concerned had I made a visit for a bee sting. Horrible experience.
Would go negative if it would allow you to. This place is a money pit an entire day in the hospital waiting to leave. Took 16 hours to order and give 2 units of blood. Asked to see the doctor on call been 30 plus hours and still haven't seen one. Dad's been in the hospital since Sunday and the emergency room care went great but should have taken him somewhere else once stabilized. Seen one doctor in his room and that was the early hours of Monday. The nurse and staff seem to want to help but I can't say I have seen over 48 hours. This is worst then the worst military hospital I have ever been to.
Absolutely the worst place to see any doctor. God forbid you need to speak to someone about anything because they do not answer the phone any time of day no matter what and you MIGHT receive a call back the next week. Me and my daughter went to here and took over a month to get prescriptions pre authorized. And the front desk people are very rude and impolite. I wouldn't even waste your time.
I personally had a positive experience here. I’m in early pregnancy and was experiencing cramps, Holzer turned me away btw for a bill from a few months back. So I came here. The doctor, who I believe name was Dr. Sharpe was incredibly kind straightforward and gave me answers. The nurses and receptionist staff was very nice as well. They did blood work, urine and ultrasound everything they possibly could have. Gave me answers and sent me home I’m thankful I came here.
Very friendly and caring staff. The radiology department is quick and efficient and goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The cafeteria staff is always friendly. Reasonably priced food and clean facility.
My husband was a patient here brought in through the ER. He and I were treated wonderfully. Every person we came in contact with over the next 5 days with one exception was considerate, professional and kind.
Staff is incredibly rude. You can talk to them as friendly as you like and it doesn't matter, horrible attitude. Especially the bigger woman at the front desk with the big black curly hair.
Dont what so ever you do go to the ER. Saw Dr. Kitchen and he is nothing but a joke. Now my heart doctor and my primary doctor I give them five stars. It is so sad that the Er Docs makes the hospital look bad. Dr. Kitchen didnt even to a thing we had to say. Sent me home said nothing he could do. He told me I should not have came there. He said it was like going to McDonalds expecting a pizza.
