Locally owned business with a large selection of any adult items you might want or need. Pleasant staff, clean, bright and well organized. I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable browsing or asking questions about items they sell - they’ve always been super friendly and informative.

These guys rock. I’ve gone in there pretty often and bought some toys that are “slightly large” and never once have they treated me unprofessionally. The leather shop above them is also super friendly. I would like to see a larger selection of video tape cleaner, but what they have works totally fine. Friendly, professional, clean, quite, and helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I called into asking some questions about items I have no experience with. Anthony was so kind and patient. Anthony helped me understand what was going to be best for my needs, my body and educated me on safety practices as well as quality materials. Once Anthony provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision, Anthony went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, limitations and help me get access to something fun, new and exciting to try that I would have not been able to without Anthony's time, knowledge, kindness, support and just all around above and beyond customer service.

This store has excellent customer service, is very clean and welcoming, and has very knowledgeable staff. The reason I am not giving a 5 star review is that you should be very careful with price gouging. I purchased a wand here, then went online to inquire how to charge the device and found out that they sold me this product for about $50 more than what it costs online. I found out their whole selection of Wand Essential products is completely overpriced. I am usually okay with paying a bit more to support a local business, but that is pretty ridiculous. I would highly recommend searching the product online while before you purchase it. I will say, not all their products are unreasonably priced. I was initially deciding between two wands for the same price, I went with the one that was slightly smaller. The other one was fairly priced ended up searching online out of curiosity. Wish I had known and gone with that one instead. Update: I have read the owner response and stand by my original review. I have looked into a couple products since my initial review, and still find that the cost of the products at this store are higher than the same products sold off the website of the manufacturer. Even when not on sale and including shipping costs, this store still appears to be charging more for the same product.

Staff is exceptional, no judgement when purchasing larger than normal items. They were also very patient when I was taking a lot of time to decide what I wanted to purchase. Well worth the hour drive that it takes me to get to their store.

The ugly caucasian guy with the big pierced earrings was really unfriendly. Kindness goes A LONG WAY especially with me. He acted like he REALLY did not want to be bothered. That was the direct impression i received from him. He HAD AN UN-INVITING ATTITUDE during the entire transaction. It really left a bad vibe. So much that i called the store to talk him shortly thereafter. He says he was trying to be efficient and apologized. I did NOT like his flat phoney apology either. I made a a pretty decent size purchase in there of $170.00. As a man of color, you pickup on that right away. Businesses stay in Business with the impressions they leave on people. I will NEVER shop there again.

Absolutely awesome. Steve, one of the staff here, was insanely helpful with what I needed and felt very comfortable to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Friendly And knowledgeable staff that are happy to help you out without making anyone feel awkward. They have a great selection of products in every price range. The store is clean and we'll lit and there are classrooms upstairs for events. Check out their classes and stop by next time you want to give a sexy present to a special someone or a self care package to a friend or yourself!

This place is very nice. Pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the man and woman were that were working when we came in. I guess I expected it to be creepy, but it was completely the opposite. I wanted to see and feel what I couldn’t by looking online. They even gave me a discount. I would recommend this place.

Really disappointed. Traveled 45 min and guy opened the door but said to come back in 1.5 hours-Really!?! Is there any customer service? What is the harm. Was going to wait, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. I hope Karma prevails.I’m
