Plover Truck Wash Outs & Spotting

This review is solely based on the wash quality and attitude of employees. Rear of cab, frame, diesel tanks and catwalk were not even touched. Side mirrors front grill and blotches on my trailer of dirt. These images are after I told the employees and ownerfemale cashier that the wash was incomplete. I let the owner know as she proceeded to take my money and she blamed it on being short staffed. Paid $160 for this. Worst wash I’ve ever been to, hoping I can save someone else the trouble. They did a good job on the trailer washout tho… but not sure how you can mess that up. Employees are indifferent and have poor customer service skills. Be careful with pulling in your 53 footer as tight curb on both side and they won’t guide you in as other shops do. I get it, there’s not many truck washes but once again, I’d avoid this one. Reply to owner - no other truck wash in my 3 years of trucking has missed these “hard to reach places”… we’re talking about side mirrors and catwalks here smh. Also for the record, these pics were after staff was alerted and they “washed” these areas for a second time. Ridiculous.

Very friendly staff.Very professional.I was happy with the way they washed my tractor & trailer paid attention to detailand at a very reasonable price.Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

After reading through the comments it seems we all agree on the attitude problem that this company has. How many more excuses and apologies will you reply to us with before you fix it?

3rd class service don't waste your money .i did pay 90 dollars just for bobtail truck and after when truck is dry all the dust or dirt things still there .also she don't know how to talk with customers im disappointed how they talking to a customer very over attitude .please always be nice. i know this is the one of truck wash in by area.?you can cover but this is true i got v bad experience that day

It was the first time I washed my van. Thanks for their great job. There are two staff members working there. The male one is very detailed and polite. However, the female one is not as great as the male one. I was thinking about giving them 3 stars but the male did a great job at the end. I shared this great place for my RV group friends.

Was having a bad few days, and pulled in here to get bus washed. They did an amazing job, and the owners were on hand and was super nice. Would recommend for anyone to get a bus or truck or rv washed. Thanks for great service.Service: Auto detailing

Navigation is definitely interesting, follow the signs. They do a good job with a washout. Just one bay so be patient
