The service and quality is always on point at this location. I ordered curbside pickup today because I have a cold. The soup and smoothie was delicious and helped my throat feel much better. I also had a sandwich from the you pick 2. They were quick and curbside was less than 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.Food: 5/5
I usually get take out here but I love to sit inside too. Their service is excellent and quick. Great, whole food! I've just noticed that the sandwich toppings are less than they've ever been. Steak sandwich and all you see is bread, no steak, cheese unless you open the bread. Great soups!Food: 4/5
Decided to try their Flat bread pizza. It was actually not too bad. Bigger than I expected. You get six good sized pieces. Not too crazy about the sauce. Kind of tangy. The pepperoni has a little kick to it. Pizza is very saucy if you like that. Needed lots of napkins. A healthier choice of pizza for pizza lovers like me. Eight dollars and change, not a bad price either.

I am a regular costumer at Panera. The food is always great, no complains about their staff. Today, I had a wonderful experience. Taasia was very welcoming and attentive, with a smile on her face through the whole process of ordering. I always ask for water cups for my toddlers, Taasia was a step ahead and automatically gave me 2 cups without me saying a word. Thank you for a great experience today!
I thought the service here was excellent. I was disappointed in that I was hoping to get a couple meetings and some work done for a couple hours and wasn't really able to since the WiFi was broken!!!! When you have Internet problems at home I have construction on my street today you always expect Panera to be a reliable place to coffee up, get some food and get to work but that WAS NOT the case Parking: Parking is in the Home Depot lot and you have to cross without a sidewalk in a busy shopping plaza
Ordered some salads this afternoon and they came with Gorgonzola cheese which I had asked for them to omit. When I asked Caitlin about it, she did not hesitate to say we could keep the salads that were messed up and they would make fresh ones for us. Then when we went to leave Caitlin stopped us to hand us a box with a few cookies in it... Outstanding customer service!
Have had lunch a few times here with pretty good results. This last time we had a hair in 2 of the 3 plates we ordered. No hair nets on any of the employees which is a bummer. Spoke with the manager and they reacted like it was common ground. Puzzling. I was pretty shocked. She Offered to make a new sandwich but we had already finished most of it. You gotta act like you care about that stuff. Had she done so I wouldn’t have left this review.
My son & I had the you pick 2. We had the half turkey avocado sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Excellent as alwaysFood: 5/5
The cashier encouraged us to use their new "rapid order" kiosks, so we did. After waiting with my buzzer for 20 minutes I found out that they were having an issue where orders placed at these kiosks disappeared. They were quick to replace my order. Plenty of seating at this Panera. They do not do table service here, however, so you have to go get 'yer food from the counter. Wish the men's bathroom had more than one urinal.
