I was here with someone else this was their Bank but from what I gathered people are pretty nice good customer service lines don't take very long so you're not left standing very long we all know how tires and that is lol anyways if you never been at a PNC Bank and need to set up an account go find out
It's expensive to use there bank ATM if your not banking with them but a good thing is you can get literally any increments out of there ATM
I have trouble cashing checks, getting money out same day I deposit checks, my wife can't ADD MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROBLEMS, YES YOU HEARD RIGHT ITS PROBLEMATIC FOR HER TO DEPOSIT MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT takes days for money to post, atm dosnt work half the time, They question my social security check, it's absolutely not worth it. MY wife warned me as she was a bank member be FOR closing. !lll
They know me here and treat me well. Always kind and helpful. Mortgage dept is out of branch and a tad slow but good enough.
Fast, courteous customer service. Staff have been willing to step up to help with special last minute requests on more than one occasion.
Drive thru ATM is down very often. It’s very inconvenient when it’s usually before or after the first of the month when bills are due.
Bank is closed. Everything else is open! We deserve better than this! ATM doesn't work.
Customer service is horrible. Online banking doesn't make sense.
