PNC is ok, the bank is great, I have been banking with them a while ago and all is good; but this branch is terrible, they really don’t care about customers or the bank, they just try to get rid of you. This happened by phone and personal appointments. Mary even just hang up on me, just to finish our call quickly, without helping me at all with my inquiry.
The vestibule containing the atm has no lock or security measures. This is the only PNC ATM in Hoboken currently leaving few options for people. While attempting to get money out this morning there was a homeless man sleeping in the vestibule.
Extremely slow service. 25 minutes with no line to take care of 1 person in front of me. Three tellers and only one cashes checks. Terrible service.
Everyone has a deal with banks or financial institutions at least once a year. I need banks to help me more often than I want and to say the truth I hate such situations. I have a mortgage in this bank, so I need to make payments every 3 months and always to sign some kind of documents. The young girl serves me very clever and friendly. She explains everything I ask her without any complaints, so I like such attitude and this bank in general.
the staff including the manager are so irresponsible. Dont care for their bank, when I reported about the PNC ATM's are dispensing counterfeit currency $10 bill, at a different branch, the Hoboken branch staff and manager think it did not affect their branch. Bank staff is good makes friendly conversation especially Relationship manager Shibani Patel was good giving all the knowledgeable resources for students helping them with all the financial help.
Better than other big banks. They have been really helpful to me on more than one occasion. Better than Citi, Bank of America or Wells Fargo.

Really I don't like this bank especially the office in Hoboken the personal are so nasty.
