Wonderful service every time I come in. The tellers are knowledgeable, polite, speedy but accurate. Even better after hours you are still able to deposit checks or cash at the ATM. The ATM is inside of the local grocery store as well as the branch it’s self which makes me feel safe rather than an empty parking lot in the dark. Only downside is when the store closes there’s no access to the ATM.
this bank has hit my almost 70 year old mother with $400 of fees in the last couple of mouths. the last one they charged her $150 for over drawing her account one time by $30. she talk to one person that worked there that was going to help her, she said let me make some calls and now every time my mother calls she is "not there today" these people are bottom feeders. stick to cash
I never leave reviews but I can’t that the staff at this bank enough for helping me find someone trying to commit fraud with my account. Thank you again Amanda for being kind and explaining everything to me and helping me out!
The employees here are amazing and have always been able to help me with whatever issue I was having. Amazing service and support from this PNC branch.
