Go to this branch and location if you want to be greeted by a depressed, mundane, disgusting attitude having woman. When we asked for a notary she told us he would be busy for a while no time limit, she didn’t call and speak to anyone, she never went and looked for and spoke to anyone she just knew because as a witch she looked in her crystal ball and knows what everyone in the bank was doing.
I had the misfortune of trying to bank at this location, twice. Trip one was to roll a CD that had matured into my checking account. I was told by the teller that I would need to speak to the one and only manager who was with another customer. I waited 35 minutes only to be told by the same teller that the manager didn’t have time to squeeze me into his schedule. Trip two was to make a cash withdrawal from savings for my trip back home. I walked in to find one teller who had a line of 4 customers. I turned to look around to see if there were other employees. I saw the same manager in a cubicle talking to another bank employee as we all waited. So, 20 minutes later, I walked out, again. PNC should be embarrassed by the management team at this branch. Needless to say, I will never go back to this branch.
Dreadful customer service. Waited in the drive thru all lanes marked open for 3 minuets, no one was visible or even greeted me. Then went inside. 1 other customer was inside and there were 6+ workers visible. I was asked to wait, waited about 5 minutes while coworkers were talking and uninterested in helping me. Terrible experience.
canal Winchester location horrible. specifically Becky and assistant manager Colleen. took 3-4 weeks to open a joint bank account. sends out the 2nd card the first time but with my name on it instead of my boyfriends. on 4 separate occasions said they were going to call back and never did. had to call costumer service and they had to contact the branch assistant manager Colleen on issues we were having. she finally got him put on the account and said she will quick ship his card. then 2 days later I was charged a fee I didn't know about. costumer service got me a refund. great something done right. next day card arrives and they spelled his name wrong. I love pnc, hey the service in canal Winchester.
PNC app will show that you have a positive balance then charge you multiple overdraft fees the following business day. They will tell you they are within their legal right to do this because of a delay in transactions. If deceptive operations is legal in the banking system it is a system I want no part of.
I have been sitting for 40 minutes and not acknowledged by anyone. I have been a business cust and personal customer for 20 years. I am moving all accounts.
They have always been very helpful. Andrew was awesome at getting us through our mortgage process and the bank tellers are always friendly.
