Went in the morning for notary service. Agree that I took an appointment in the morning itself before I entered. When I entered in the bank, waited for more than 20 mins for someone to atleast come and ask. No one show up. one person was there and show me three to four times with cross eye but not even stood up and came to ask. I have a personal and business both accounts with PNC, luckily not this location but in different branch. DONT FORGET THAT EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING BREAD AND BUTTER BECAUSE OF OUR ACCOUNT WITH BANK. Lesson learn, always open an account in small local growing bank to get good customer service and stop providing business to this kind of arrogant people.
We opened a joint checking account at this PNC Bank branch today and had a very good first impression. Our banker Nicholas was outstanding at every step of the process. He was the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable banker we have ever dealt with. He did everything smoothly and explained everything thoroughly. A very positive experience!
Branch manager is very helpful and informative. They are serving only by appointment, so When I walked in I was asked to take an appointment by texting. wait time was not that bad.
I went into the Branch and sat down to wait on a Personal Banker on 10-4 around 3:40pm. The personal banker was on the phone with someone which I understand. There was 1 customer that was in the Bank talking to the tellers. I sat in the chair for about 10-12 minutes and no one spoke to me at all. The personal banker walked out of her office made eye contact with me, never spoke and waited on the customer that was there which is correct. Still no one said a word to me. I sat for a couple more minutes then I left. My issue is not a person that worked there Greeted me or even said we will be right with you.
I have a checking account here opened in June 2014 and I don't use the account much but have a fair amount of money in my Virtual Wallet account and am happy I don't get charged any fees. Took one star off since they charge you to use a teller but I guess that is because of their overhead and labor costs. First Citizens Bank is my primary bank but I am also a proud customer of PNC Bank and never had any problems bank here. Greg who is the sales manager at this location is also very friendly and amicable.
If you value your privacy - Don't go here!!! A teller here emailed my personal and business financial information over open channel back to me. There was absolutely no reason to scan and email back to me my financial and PII info I'd prepared and printed out for them. A simple apology and a prompt call to IT to attempt and clean up the mess would have done it for me. But I received a blame email instead.
On Saturday July 16th I was in the bank and Ashley was there to help me she took care of my needs and wrote everything out for me and set up a new visa card for me She deserves 5 stars
This is the worst PNC branch I ever been too.The lady called Alexandera is completely resist.She only like to serve some kind of people only.Branch manager should take some action for poor customer service.
I had a excellent experience here. Very friendly.
If I could give this place a zero, no stars I would! Horrible customer service, I sat there for 2 hours and no one could help me. They put a hold on my account, could not give me answers, I rather go to another bank. Stay away it’s not worth it!
