I needed to open a new business account and was helped by Julie Perez. She was extremely skilled and helped me find solutions to overcome obstacles and my mistakes. She went way above my expectations. She is an asset to PNC and she is a wonderful human being. Keep up the good work Julie
There was one person working up front causing a line to build up. I had a question and was pretty much dismissed by two different employees and did not receive the info that I needed . I ended up researching on my own. This is the first pnc location that I found to be extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Will go to more helpful branches.
Did not have a good experience at this Pnc. I usually just use the atm at this location but I had to go inside today to get a certified check. I had accidentally authorized two transfers from savings to checking causing my savings account to become over drawn. The teller I had felt the need to LOUDLY say that my account was going to close because I accidentally overdrawn, she was not very friendly and then did not offer to help fix the mistake. I am a teller at another bank and I would never imagine treating any of my customers the way I was treated today. I have never had this problem at the North Ridgeville branch where I usually go if I need anything done inside the bank.
Tiffany and the team at PNC are amazing!! I had a banking problem and Tiffany was very responsive and courteous. PNC will get all my banking business. Great job Tim and Tiffany and team!
I use this branch for my personal and business banking needs. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Tim handles all my business accounts and does a fantastic job!
Very nice tellers and bankers. The manager has gone out of her way to help me get answers to questions. There is usually not a long wait.
During the pandemic there was like 1 open in my entire county. I have Huntington and 5th third and the only branches they closed were like the ones in giant eagle so this bank blows
PNC hasn't done me wrong yet.. Great customer service, awesome credit card options and many locations. I have banked at a lot of places and PNC has been my favorite.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions/concerns. I feel confident when I leave that the staff has helped me with all of my concerns/questions.
Please put some WD-40 on the deposit box.
