The customer service is very poor. I have been waiting for 1 hour to be attended to and only one person is attending and it takes a long time. I better go to another PNC closer to me.
Poor customer service been in drive thru line owings mills 25 min and am first car!!!
I have been banking with this branch for years now. The staff is friendly, and the general manager John has always gone above and beyond. Many banks just assume you need their services, but the staff at this specific PNC has always made me feel like a valued customer.
Terrible Customer Service. 3 tellers standing there, two people in line, and nothing happens. Customers are not acknowledged or assisted. Teller just stares. Poor lady even says that it is her first visit and doesn't know what to do. NO RESPONSE from the tellers. Shameful.
Really awful bankers. Called to try to get my girlfriend a gold medallion, because she banks with Chase and they don't have any branches within 200 miles. The woman on the phone said they can only give medallions to customers, and she said she would be happy to join. Then, the woman said you have to have been a customer for a while. After talking to her, I determined that this is NOT the policy, and it is up to her discretion, and she was simply refusing to give a medallion to certain customers. She said to call other PNCs and they might give it, so it is clearly NOT policy, it is only her choice.
Even though PNC has decided to part ways with me, for a reason in which I do not know. I respect the customer service I’ve always received coming here. I absolutely have never received and other good PNC customer service anywhere else even over the phone. But I want to personally thank Suleman. He’s showed me the upmost respect and I can part ways with PNC in appreciation of how I was treated today. Suleman thank you. Peace, love, and blessings. Happy Holidays
These people are disgusting, rude, unprofessional. The staff here never lasts and they always have new people. I SIMPLY wanted to change my address and they were NOT helpful! They asked me for proof of residence, I printed my account statements and they told me that it was not valid. That they NEEDED it mailed, with a stamp? As if anyone gets things mailed nowadays. The worse part was their careless attitude, they were rude, they were laughing at me and telling. THESE WOMEN NEED TO GET FIRED ASAP!
This location is difficult to enter and exit. It does have two ATMs. Parking on one side is sparse.
The manager John Oakley is rude and the old lady cashier is super rude and unprofessional. I will never bank with them again! I've never had to take my hat off in a bank!
I wish I could give them 0... disgusting.. They don’t care about customer, worst bank.. they took our money and no respect to guest
