Had a charge in my card that was strange. Called the bank and they did nothing. Acted like I made the purchase. I called the company that charged me, gave them my card number and they asked if the email cashgrab was mine. I told them no they sent the money back. I then get a charge from my bank that said international charge, thanks PNC for being there to take my money when I'm down. Nothing clears in a timely manner and thinks disappear from sight for up to three days but when the moment you over draft a check that would normal be pending for a week post immediately, and everything post big to small to get the over draft charge. My account is not supposed to over draft. Talker to someone there, said it's like a prepaid debit card but it sure as hell emails you a week late every time. The card I got from cancelling my other card declines on a normal basis with money in the bank though. I love looking like a idiot at the store when I have to run my card from times. Instead of using one card now I get to joggle around another card because my bank told me to only use them to pay off credit cards.i enjoy putting my money away into a savings so that I can pull it all out and give it to you crooks.
Not helpful at all. Huge hassle over existing POA. They wanted my sons signatures on every line even though a lawyer came to the hospital and notorized his best signature after his coming off life support. Then when my son passed away they wouldn't let me do anything until I presented the original death certificate. Mind you fees added up daily due to not being able to transfer any funds funds. Brought in death certificate to close his accounts. Now they said I have to have an order from the Court to say I am executor of his estate. What estate? My son was a Veteran with Disability. He has no estate. He didn't even have life insurance. PNC refused to close his accounts so these fees can add up and then try to collect from a non-existing estate. What ever happened to the Hometown banks who actually tried to help you during your time of grieving?.
No customer service skills. They act they are better than you. Horrible bank and people. There was a blonde and a real tall man that are just rude and I have no idea why they have job there.
Never open half the time. ATM almost never works. Ghetto location at best.
Amazing bank very friendly staff and helpful. I'll be using them for return service.
Always helpful, personable with smiles on their faces.
