Kaylee needs to make sure she's sending people's IDs back in the drive thru she's done it twice it's ridiculous
The drive thru service is unbelievably slow . Sit in line for 20 minutes and takes another 10 and the screen . Took 30 minutes to get 3 cars taken care of. And she gave me the wrong amount of cash back to top it off
Great customer service! I'm always greeted with a smile and a welcome to PNC bank. They really do treat you as a friend. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
Typically I would give 5 stars but the new girl they have always messes something everytime customer service is not her game
I love this bank. The people are always so friendly and helpful. To me, that trumps everything else. :
24/7 ATM access. NFC for ATM access without physical card.
Definitely use a different bank.
