Worst Bank I've ever had to deal with! Had to drive to Aberdeen because they closed the branches in Havre de Grace. The teller was overwhelmed with customers, 8 people waiting inline. No drive thru service, charged me $10 to cash a check because I don't have an account with them and the tellers attitude got even worse when I told her that. I hate this bank!!!
My husband and i had such a great experience at the Aberdeen Branch. We are newlyweds and learning a lot as we go. We met with Nicholai to set up a joint account and open Secure Credit Cards. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain everything we qustioned. Its rare to have someone care enough to help you understand when you're new to almost everything! Nicholai was so professional and personable, it made the whole process much less overwhelming.
2 words : Virtual Wallet Best bank I have ever dealt with. Professional, informative and friendly staff. The app is convenient and useful. My bank card # was stolen e-bay a couple of years ago ... PNC Bank contacted me shortly after the "suspicious" transaction. They immediately resolved the issue and I was charged nothing. Great bank! The only complaint I have is that of other customers that park in front of the entrance, rather than use one of the many parking places. Aberdeen branch
Just know closing my accounts out with this Bank and banking and supporting my own kind, knowing that I know the truth what they do and how they treat black people in any of these banks, and how they treated my sister and she is also a Customer. No more, when you know better you do better. And you're not going to call no Police on us when you have bad Customer service and we Bank there, and no one address a certain Bank teller. Well no more of my business and any one that I know who have an account with pnc,and to let them no about this particular branch. Btw I didn't want to give not one star, but in order to say anything on this bank I had to give it a star, but it does not deserve one star from me.
Fast and friendly service. I would recommend to anyone.
No drive thru. Only two tellers. Line out the door. Slowest service ever. Worst Pnc I have ever been to.
They never answer the phone
