If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you give me 2hr-24hr notice so I have time to schedule another client. Otherwise you may be charged.

I had the best massage ever the atmosphere was very nice and tranquil it put me at ease. I am so glad that they were able to fit me in it was an extraordinary experience that all mom‘s sisters brothers cousins need to experience I felt all of my stress of the day leave my body . I was able to relax let go of the cares of the world. She removed all of the knots in my back she stretched my legs and she worked on my lower back but once she got to my feet I believe I was sleep thanks again wellness center
Jordan's facial was amazing! Not only did my face feel and look so much better, but it was so relaxing! Jordan has a soothing manner and I felt very comfortable with her and will definitely go back!
I experienced the best mother daughter date here. We were blessed to have Rakim as our Esti Bestie it was amazing my skin feel so good and I loved the expertise given to my teen to keep her face looking good!
My fiancé scheduled an appointment and paid. When she showed up they said they couldn’t accommodate and did not offer a refund, said they they would contact her by the end of the day for a Saturday appointment at 4pm…. No contact so we decided to drive by there… no one was there the building was closed… still haven’t received a refund or the service we paid for…. For a wellness place that is supposed to help with stress and relaxation this has been everything but! I also made a comment on their Instagram which instead of dealing with and reaching out they have removed and blocked my profile..... shows what type of business you are dealing with.
My partner and I received the most amazing facials from here. The staff were nice and inviting.The mini neck massage by T.Bella was my favorite part! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!
First it was CLEAN! That mattered. The customer service from the receptionist trickling doen through the staff was courteous and so helpful. That facial was so relaxing during my time in the chair. I definitely would recommend and ask that you all visit Pneuma Wellness and experience this amazing facility!!
I scheduled my deep tissue massage for 11:30-1:00 pm, but because my masseuse was running late, the massage didn’t start until 11:40. About 30 minutes into the massage, my masseuse began falling asleep. I allowed her to continue attempting to massage me while she was in and out of sleep. I opened my eyes multiple times and saw her body wavering over me with her eyes closed. Her head was bobbing up and down as she fought to stay awake. I sat up and ended the massage 30 minutes early. I told the receptionist what had occurred. He offered a $15 refund and a $10 off coupon. All staff members were polite and respectful, but I will not be returning to this establishment because of the sleeping incident. Update: They refunded my entire purchase.
I have been to Pneuma numerous times for massages and facials, now I'm adding waxing to my list!! Love to new the location and staff is friendly and professional!! I would definitely recommend them to my female and male friends/family/loved ones!!
I love the wellness center. The atmosphere is so warm, inviting, soothing and open. The aesthetics are clean and polished. The staff is friendly and supportive. Plus, it smells Amazing. I’ve experienced several services here and all exceeded my expectations!
Pneuma is very easy to locate...The staff are cordial, friendly and extremely knowledgeable... The atmosphere is indeed...inviting, calming and relaxing... When you come to Pneuma ...you will not be disappointed. Set your heart and mind to get the pampering you deserve..very soon.
