Went for the first time today and this place is so lovely and cozy and the serving staff is also so kind! This place is set up like a diner, so seating for larger parties looks difficult, especially on a busy weekend morning. Every dish we ordered looked so pretty and tasted great, and the prices were super reasonable! Definitely will be returning.
Overall it was a good breakfast and decent prices. The wife had the country Benny and she liked the sausage gravy. We didn't have anything too fancy but the service was good and the food was warm.
We enjoy our visit everytime we go there. Our waitress is so helpful, friendly and personable. Everytime we visit she has a smile on her face.
You will get far more than what you pay for. One of the best breakfast restaurants in town. Food quality; coffee; service; all good
Amazing food and service! Quiet and quaint. Can’t remember how I came across this place but I’m glad I did
Small family owned restaurant. Loved the food taste and very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again
Cute lil spot that was down the street from my brother. I stopped in after along flight. I miss the Michigan breakfast with all the fixings! Poached did not disappoint. After drooling over the menue items finely decided to try the avocado toast that comes with 2eggs any style with choice of fruit or hash browns.. I was responsible lol I got fruit. I really enjoyed this version of Avocado toast because it's Beautiful , fresh ingredients and has feta yummy! Environment is friendly and bright. Menu is reasonable price for the quality. The service is fast! Thank you Angel & Lieta for a wonderful experience I hope that's how I spell your Beautiful name Highly recommend.
Amazing food, can't recommend this place enough. The atmosphere is great and the staff is so friendly. Absolutely a must try in the area.Food: 5/5
Poached is truly a hidden gem. A small, cute brunch place full of large windows in a tiny neighborhood strip mall. Located on the east side of Dequindre, less than half mile south of Auburn Rd, it's the south end unit in its strip. Extremely easy to drive past by accident. Prices comparable to other area brunch restaurants, but some unique selections try the Greek crepes!, and you get more food here for the $ as compared to some other places. They have delicious vegetarian options, but didn't see anything vegan. Service is usually excellent, but if you get a new server, please cut them some slack. All in all, definitely worth a try if you enjoy brunch places. Sorry I didn't discover it years ago. Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetarian Crepes have Swiss cheese, so they aren't vegan.
Small family owned place. I been here a few times and no matter what I order its very good. Known for breakfast..we got cream cheese banana nut French toast in photo..WOW..is was good..Good service and breakfast was tasty
