HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Triple A and life 360 failed me so I called pocono towing and recovery directly, they got me through to a dispatcher and the driver, Bobby Robert was phenomenal! My alternator failed and left me stranded on the side of the interstate and he was there in 15 minutes! Very helpful, and friendly. His calm demeanor and friendly conversation on the way home, helped keep me calm in an incredibly stressful situation. Thanks pocono towing and Bobby for saving the day!

Hands down best experience with a transportation company I've ever encountered. My goddaughter never got off the bus which as anyone can imagine is one of the worst things one can encounter and in calling the woman worked with me tremendously, made a horrible situation just a little bit easier and was nothing but helpful and amazing. I have dealt with this company before in a towing capacity and had a good experience as well. Everyone I've ever encountered has been helpful, kind and the best in some of the worst possible situations. Highly recommend!

They are the most helpful, honest and professional people. I found it necessary to have my vehicle towed all the way to CT after breaking down late on a Friday afternoon. They arranged for transportation to the car rental at the airport for my family and brought the car to the dealership that weekend. They helped make an extremely stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need.
Outstanding service! When the AAA towing company that services Scranton could not replace my dead battery for THREE DAYS !, Pocono Towing was dispatched and arrived within an hour. Dustin was friendly, skillful and efficient. He quickly tested my battery and installed a new one. In addition, he reassured me the alternator is sound but indicated there may be another electrical issue behind the battery's premature failure, which I will follow up on. Five grateful and enthusiastic stars!
