Over a year ago I suffered a back injury playing sports.  I attended physical therapy for weeks and had multiple chiropractor visits.  My back and the pain seemed to be better.  Unfortunately, Sciatica is no joke when your job has you sitting for most of the day.  That along with daily activities seemed to aggravate my back causing pain more often than not.  I found Point of Health Acupuncture and despite my fear that the needles would hurt I decided to give it a try.  I was pleasantly mistaken.  The clinic was very calming and the acupuncturist Gary Pecho was very understanding about the pain I was experiencing.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and most important to me very patient with me.  He explained what he was going to do and how the treatment would help.  The treatments were amazing, I walked out after the first one with significantly less pain.  I was completely surprised, not only did the needles not hurt it really worked. After only a few sessions I was relieved of all the pain I was experiencing and I am now able to work out again.  Gary also recommended some changes I could make that were tailored to improve my situation overtime exercises, contour pillow, shoe inserts, etc..  I would recommend Point of Health Acupuncture to anyone with back pain.

I was in so much pain with my back and leg. I have never tried acupunture before, but after seeing a chiropractor and getting massages with little help, I was desperate.   After the first visit I felt relief in my back/leg.  I'm so happy I found Gary, each visit my pain gets less. And now my pain in now zero, and I haven't felt this good in years.  Highly recommend.

Gary is someone you need to know... If you are looking for a great pain remedy or a relaxing escape from the stress of life, make an appointment. Let me be the 1st to explain the true experience. I was shot at 16 and my femur was replaced. Going on 30 I am in an immense amount of pain. Gary is Vicodin without the side effects. I can play with my kids and sleep at night. My mood is IMMEDIATELY better once I leave his office. When I get crabby, my wife sais " you need to see Gary ". Please at least try it for yourself and hopefully it will help you, as it has honestly changed my life. He is a phenomenal guy that truely cares for every client individually and will adress your specific needs. And it's painless; oddly relaxing even. Enjoy everyone!

I came to Point of health acupuncture and this was the first time i have ever had acupuncture  and i have to say it was a great experience . The overall environment was calming and inviting , i did not know what to expect but  after speaking with the Gary he made me feel more open and encouraged to make a change . I will definitely be a returning customer and i have to say thank you for the great experience
