Services include the following types of Hatha Yoga: Gentle, Beginning/Continuing, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative & Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Mindfulness classes. Also offered are workshops, in-services and presentations on Mindfulness and reducing anxiety and stress through yoga, for school and other types of organizations and clubs.
