The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Our reservation got messed up, and he made things right without any problems. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and the humming birds are frequent visitors. We will definitely stay here again.Rooms: 4/5
Great place. This is a gem. The view is unbelievably beautiful. Rooms are good, plenty of space! I stayed there the whole week with my family and we all loved the place. The staff is very helpful. One of the most beautiful sunsets I had seen. The place had bbq, charcoals, cooking utensils. Great! Really great spot. Close to Eurika Springs. 10 -15 minutes drive. A few minutes drive to the Beaver damn recreational area. We will be back.
Stayed here on a scuba training weekend. The location is great, price is fair and the people running the place are nice. The room was very clean and kind of a nostalgic. The view was incredible. I'd stay here again and probably will.Rooms: 5/5
The view is to die for. Our room was extremely clean and the western decor with collection of antiques down to the books on the shelf was amazing. Owner was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this resort.Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful location, felt good to hang out on the porch in the evening and watch the stars rise. Rooms were serviceable, but hopefully you’re staying spending most of your time outside anyway. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, I forgot mine. Nearby activities: Came here to get scuba certified.

Great experience. Great view of the lake facing the sunset. Owner was super accommodating, polite, and even offered to get us a fire set up. We got our key and didn't even unpack the car. We just sat down and lit the fire and watched the sun go down. Room was super clean and huge. A/C worked great. Microwave, actual coffee maker, mini-fridge, and bathroom was spotless. Room view is a big window that overlooks the lake even on the lower floor. You won't be disappointed.
What a Gem of a place. Absolutely beautiful view and great room. The pictures do not do it justice. 2 fire pits looking out on beaver lake. I don't know about you but I'm huge hummingbird fan and they're hundreds of them due to the owner putting out feeders which is spectacular. The front desk is absolutely amazing if you need anything do not hesitate to ask so accommodating and helpful beyond belief. I will be returning for future vacations.
This mom & pop motel is like no other, it offers a million dollar view that is not available anywhere else on Beaver Lake! It is breathtaking no matter what time of the year you stay. I was there last year during hunting season with my best friend,but this time I brought my husband for my birthday trip to Eureka Springs and he fell in love with it just like I did! In fact he informed me that this is where he wants to stay whenever we come back. Which is at least once a year if not more. All the balcony rooms were treated to hummingbird feeders to keep you entertained while drinking coffee in the morning or watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The swimming pool is immaculate as our the grounds. The rooms have unique themes, including antique pieces scattered throughout in great taste making the room cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness is found everywhere. The owners Steve and Julie are very friendly and helpful .
Wow! Is a understatement! The view was incredible! We stayed in the 3bedroom under the owners house. Very clean, comfortable, full size kitchen with porch to sit and enjoy the amazing view! You can sit inside in the living room and enjoy too! What a little hidden jem! Will be back!!Rooms: 5/5
