At what, for some, is the worst possible time in your life - saying goodbye to a loved one, you need compassionate, professional, caring people who help guide you through the process. When the Poland-Thompson folks came to gather my Mother after she passed, they were all of those things and more. Later, as we did paperwork at their office, their staff was consoling and caring, helping us get the necessary things done, without trying to pressure us into things my Mother didn't want. Their desire to respect her wishes was paramount. I hope to never again have a need for their services, but if I do, they'll be the first call. Please feel confident in trusting your loved one to these fine folks.
