Thank you for telling me firmly that after a bi-level TLIF I would never return to jiu-jitsu let alone compete at a high level. This only motivated me to prove you wrong. I just won double gold at the No Gi Jiu Jitsu European Championships only 56 weeks post-op! I highly recommend the reader of this review get multiple opinions before selecting their surgeon, because this practice's "impossible" was achieved under the care of a more supportive surgical team, Dr. Benham Myers of Spinal Solutions in Hollywood, FL.
My experience with Polaris Spine over the last 8 months has been excellent. Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and up to date on the most current non-surgical techniques. He has done procedures on both my cervical and lumbar disc problems with very positive results, and I feel very safe under his care. Dr Tran has always been on time for each appointment I’ve had and is very professional. Every member of his staff is so kind and caring, they follow through, and are so organized and efficient. The office is state of the art and I trust that I am getting the best care possible.
Shameful and unprofessional. if you think about engaging in any of these doctors formerly at Polaris then you should rethink. Abrupt shutdown of the office. Abrupt cancellation of scheduled followup visits. No care or consideration of patients. Admin staff doing the best communication they can of this very disturbing event. Spent a lot of time waiting in office, trying to get care all for nothing. Starting over.
Dr Ayer is a fantastic Neurosurgeon. He takes all the time necessary to make the patient understand and feel comfortable and he's also a skilled surgeon. I've had a very easy recovery from disc replacement surgery and plan to have carpel tunnel surgery with him in the near future. He always makes you feel like you're important and your needs matter. Highly recommend him!
The staff at Polaris and Dr. Franklin have been so accommodating and efficient with my treatment. Dr. Franklin has been a very engaging doctor and has shown a great deal of compassion. I'm grateful for the treatment I'm receiving and highly recommend Polaris and Dr. Franklin.
The staff, Ashley in particular, went above and beyond to work with my insurance to get procedures approved and even did a "peer to peer" to help get it approved after being denied. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Sami.... In a world run by insurance companies, he cares and wants to do what is best for his patients and advised me the entire way throughout healing.... Just awesome! Lucky to have found this practice and Dr. Sami. Have already referred friends and I wouldn't use any other practice.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sami and the people at Polaris. Dr. Sami performed an excellent microdiscectomy on me and gave me my life back. Excellent bedside manner and he really does care. He even remembered things I forgot I had said. The nurses and staff at Polaris treated me like a celebrity on the day of my surgery and took excellent care of me. I’d recommend Polaris, and especially Dr. Sami, to anyone!
I have had back pain for years. I am a paramedic and never been easy on my back for sure. I have tried many different procedures that would temporarily help or help not at all, and the pain always seemed to return. I finally got to the point I was ready to try a surgical option, and I met with Dr. Seecharan at Polaris. The initial consult was easy and painless. He listened to my concerns and had answers for everything that made me feel very comfortable in my decision that I was making the right choice. My surgery was scheduled and completed in October. I am now almost 8 weeks post op, and I am doing great. I have none of the pain I had prior to surgery. I have an ache around the surgical area that will get better, but I could not be happier. The idea that I have no pain going down my legs, pain going out into my hips, and in my bottom is amazing. If you are looking for a doctor to help you, I really suggest giving Dr. Seecharan a call. You won't regret it.
Just had my second ACDF surgery w Dr. Steuer. His entire practice is professional, responsive, compassionate, and extremely competent. I have been very happy with the results of my surgeries and recovery. Shout out to Erin for her responsiveness and patience w all my questions.
I absolutely love that I'm never rushed during my appointment. I'm treated like I matter. Dr. Seecharan always gets back to me and my therapist right away and he cares about my healing. This was my 2nd neck fusion in the same place. I've already recommended him and Polaris spine to several people. Please book your appointment ASAP.
