Officer Kuncas, you will learn one day not to violate our constitutional rights as U.S citizens. I hope Mr Taylor will continue to fight this and sue you for every penny you have. We do not need LEOs that have no idea what laws they are enforcing. You do NOT have the right to ask anyone for identification if there is no reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime has, is, or will be committed. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is why qualified immunity needs to go, maybe you will pay attention to the little details that actually matter. Do better.
I should have the option of negative stars on this. In LOOKING for them just now, in under three seconds, I see allegations of money laundering!!! That isn't even what I WANTED to complain about! I am here to complain because of their second amendment and fourth amendment and probably first amendment violations of Mr. Michael Taylor. And now I see these OTHER ISSUES!!? WTH is going on with them? Police? Nom Gestapo, yes
