The Leesburg PD LPD/LCPD are amazing at doing their job. Not ONCE have they ever been rude. I love the fact they are very nice, they were very professional and kind. Great job LCPD. Leesburg Police Department: Good job! and keep up the work! They truly protect and serve.
I got stuck on a hill with no battery power to my car and very dark. Officer M Hackney did an amazing job at making me feel safe and was very kind. He went out of his way for this little citizen of leesburg. Thank you so much!
I witness a car back into another car the driver got out looked at her car and started to drive away. I said hey you hit that car, she pulled over acted like she cared, I Pretended to leave, she jump back in her car and drove away then I snapped a picture of her license plate follow her maybe one block and then I returned to the restaurant in hope to find the driver to the other car Toyota matrix black; 25 mins later the women in the BMW showed up and left a smaller paper on the back windshield wiper. The Dispatcher was not interested that I had the woman’s license and she said that’s not considered a hit and run because she came back and left her info on the back windshield wiper that was not a sufficient investigation the dispatcher seemed highly upset that I would not give her my license plate and my full name and number. I was calling in as concerned Citizen. Who wants to come out to see their bumper scratched and dented. This dispatch service has issues and were Extremely rude to me I will never call in a crime as an eyewitness again in Leesburg two thumbs down Leesburg Dispatch.
My wife and I with our two children 2 and 6 were leaving the fourth of July event at Lansdowne Resort when We pass drunken teens with a drunk Mom/parental figure and they started cursing and yelling as us because we "cut them off" with our stroller while the walked 3 wide on the side walk. Then two of the inebriated teens tried to fist fight with me, however I was able to stop the attack with wordsthey kept cursing and yelling in front of my kids. A good Samaritan saw this and told the 2 cops near by on deerfield ave. They told her if we need help to call 911! Thanks for the help local police, you are as bad as they people that we had to worry about following us home!
Super nice officers and sraffs are always welcomes visitors here. I am glad they are located very convenient area. We should do judo, Hapkido classes for these nice people!
Some of the Leesburg Police officers are pretty nice, they try their best to help and do their jobs correctly, but I have experienced and seen first hand the abuse of power, lies, deception, ignorance, harassment, and racism that is displayed by Leesburg and Loudound county sherriffs.
We found a wallet check the id to return took it to the address of the id . Knock on the door they say person dont live there so i decided to to take it to to this station. I got there i explain everything . They ask me for my license date of birth and all my info like i was doing something wrong , i was just trying to help the guy who lost the wallet . I want it to just help but comming heres feels like they think you stole it asking you all your information. I recommend not to take anything here if find yourself in this situation . Figure something out
Always the BEST,in my 12 years living in Leesburg I have had to rely on the Leesburg police a few times, whether its my daughters bike stolen, people, school bus backing into my parked vehicle,construction vehicles parking illegally in front of my house, noise issue or needed any assistance, they have always performed with the utmost professionalism, especially officer Gage.
In newer complex adjacent to the fire department. When you get there you go to the dispatchers window and they will buzz you in if needed. Obviously, great employees here. Love the customer service!
Officers were great to me whenever help was needing assistance they always came, great job to all the men and women LCPD.
