2). LATE/NO SHOW: If you are running late, please call before not after your appointment was supposed to start. It's not fair for me to have to sit and wait for you not knowing what's going on. If you need directions, please ask! If you make an RULES AND POLICIES FOR CUSTOMERS
1). PAYMENT: I accept cash only and you must have all of it at the time of your appointment. I will not be accepting anyone leaving to get change or have someone bring the money. Please have all the money with you when you come. If you show up and want additional services, be prepared to pay the upgraded price and plan to be here for the extra time it will take.

3). CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so by giving me a heads up/notice as soon as possible. 2-3 hours in advance would be great , if not and something urgent came up PLEASE CALL and say something. Please keep in mind that there are other customers that could use the time that was originally set for you, but if you cannot come it's inconvenient to myself and other potential customers.
4). NO KIDS/NO EXTRA PEOPLE: I work from home so I don't have the accommodations for children and extra people, unless their getting a service done. PLEASE RESPECT THIS!
5). APPOINTMENT TIMES: I take my time to do quality work and make sure you are happy. If you expect to be in and out in a flash, then I am not the service person for you. Expect your nails to be about 2 hours, but it could very well be less time.
I want you to be relaxed and comfortable. Please don't rush the process.
6). SERVICE GUARANTEE: Please communicate with me on exactly what you want when you make your appointment . Send me pictures so that I can have an idea, but do not expect expect for me to replicate someone else's work to the "T". Speak up during your service if you have any questions or conerns or may not like how something looks. I would not be held responsible once you have already paid and left, but I will certainly do everything I can to make sure you are happy.
