Pollo Tropical

Ordered pickup on the app, when I got home none of the orders were correct but they still charged the full amount. They had terrible customer service at the front desk and no one seemed to know who any of the orders belonged to. Also, the food was pretty bland and had no flavor for a Pollo Tropical. If you're looking for good Latin food, I would look for something else.

After a very horrible first experience, we came back two years later. Hoping it was at least passable. The food was quite literally inedible. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had it fast food. I’m glad we did. They’re MUCH better than they used to be. Really enjoy their food again, and the customer service is much better too. We really enjoy being regulars here now. Rarely have missed since that first time. It’s still fast food; but it’s nice if you want healthier options for fast food.

I was glad to see the dine-in open as the one near me in Sarasota has still been closed due to staff shortages. Love Pollo.

They kept my card and used it twice!!! Called corporate would not give me a refund with out my card number that they have!! Could never reach the store!! He only offered us gift cards for the exact amount!! So I have to cancel my card wait for a new one and he would not even give me $5 more!!! First time there with thievery will never go back!! Beware!!!!

This place is terrible for customer service. Placed a catering order for 50 people picked up food, was assured all was there went through order with employee to get back and pork not in the order. Getting someone to answer the phone at this location is just short of a Christmas miracle.Food: 2/5

The food can be good….when they actually have the things I ordered!!! I place an order on the app, get there and they say “oh we’re out of that”. I don’t know why we even bother anymore. Whenever we go they’re always out of something we ordered, huge waste of time.

The food was good, only surpassed by the excellent customer service! I felt so welcome and the workers who attended me made sure my satisfaction was the priority. Would absolutely recommend to my friends and I already have!Food: 5/5

This location is a mess!!! The food is underwhelming and over cooked, which is unfortunate because I really enjoy the food when done right... They're always out of main items and it's thrown together carelessly... The portions are inconsistent and usually very small... I've tried calling and the phone just rings till it just hangs up on you--ALWAYS!!! It's unfortunate because we like Pollo Tropical, just not this one!

First time visiting store #10083 and I was very disappointed first of all why do you still have indoor dining closed , 3/14/2022 ? Not because of covid 19 , all other restaurants are going back to normal previous de pandemic era except this Pollo tropical … had to go the drive window and ask if they would take my order , I wasn’t in a car , after they looked shocked they took my order and told me to wait for 20 min for the grill master trío … after waiting in the sun for ever , my combo didn’t come as it was order … pollo tropical it’s one of my best choices back in Puerto Rico but here in Florida , it’s a shame

Went thru drive thru at 8 pm they close at 10 pm Can hear person in drivethru complaining that they are trying to break down the kitchen and why are people coming . The menu is not up to date . Tried to order red beans and cornbread they don’t sell that anymore . Order max and cheese and 3 other meals with 2 sides of mashed potatoes . I am told to pull around to a parking spot and they will bring food out to me . 20 minutes later someone comes with food that isn’t mine then goes back inside, 5 minutes later comes out with food and an apology for the wait . I check the bag I have no mac and cheese . I then go inside and tell them I had no mac and cheese , woman rudely says we don’t have any . I say I just went thru the drivethru and I paid for max and cheese . Then another worker says oh yeah we don’t have any so I gave you mashed potatoes. I didn’t want another side of mashed potatoes but I just left and said okay and proceeded home . After fully checking all meals at home they left out all of the sauces ordered so the meals kinda stunk since they all had no sauce . Very disappointed in my visit and will not be returning ever .
