I was numb when my brother and I went in to discuss what to do when my mother passed. Laura made it a comfortable atmosphere which made us feel at ease. We actually left with a smile, and at such a sad time when I didn't know how to smile. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and the staff is so kind and gentle. I highly recommend them.

Randall's have done many relatives funerals over the years.They recently did my Mom's. As always ,as in the past, their service was impeccable with kindness and compassion! Rarely am I compelled to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience with the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home when my mother passed away. I am an only child and live out of state, so I was very concerned about finding not only a reputable business, but also one that was compassionate and caring about my needs. I dealt mostly with Laura, but also with her father John. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a vulnerable time. They were attentive to my needs when I was out of town, calling and emailing promptly. They provided very clear guidance and instructions. Once I came to Port Huron, it was quickly evident their primary concern was to ease the grieving process for me and to provide a meaningful tribute and service for my mom, all the time honoring my mom’s final wishes. I would recommend this business without hesitation to anyone seeking a positive experience during such a difficult time. It is clear to me they are an honest, reputable, and caring family.

As close to perfection as a Funeral home can be. The wonderful people there are so caring, compassionate, and they make you feel like family. They go above and beyond even after all is said and done. I'm so glad I trusted them with my Dad's arrangements. Thank you Pollock-Randall.

The staff here are awesome. There were several changes due to COVID and a few hiccups, everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a wonderful funeral. Special thanks to Laura, who worked so hard and was so enjoyable to work with.

They went above and beyond to make this difficult time the best it could be. We were treated with respect,compassion and treated like family. They are very careing and they really take good care of you.
