Polo Factory Store

Always my favorite place to get great quality clothing for my boys. The customer service is great and the employees are always helpful. Even if they don't have what size I need, I have always been able to find it in another store or something just as similar as I wanted.

This store has the most incredible customer service! I ruined my favorite sweater and I called the store to see if by chance they still stocked it. The most kind lady searched the store until she found the sweater. They even shipped it to me at no charge. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!

Lack of clothing items and still very overpriced

Good variety of clothes. Professional Staff. 1st Rep was kind and personalable. The register didn't give the full 40% discount on the sweaters we purchased and we had to go back into the store. The Rep that provided the correct discount was not as friendly and did not apologize for the register error.

Giving this place a one star review because google doesn’t give 0 stars. I was left on hold for almost a hour for one question with the promise of a manager being able to answer said question. A friend calls the place to see if she can get the answer faster than mewho is still on hold mind you and someone not only answers her call but gives her a answer immediately. The time wasted on a simple return question is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time calling with any questions unless you plan on spending a good bit of your hour doing so or having multiple people call at once to even get an answer.

WORST customer service around. About three employees were here WITHOUT customers yet NOT ONE greeted us, asked if we needed help or even told us about any store promotions. If they weren’t too busy talking to each other maybe they could CLEAN UP it was a mess this store and provide better customer service. Makes the brand look bad!

Great store, service was impeccable and they let me use a coupon...yaaayyy! I did find that some of their items were very pricey ..like the dress I liked, it was a whit summer dress, the size options are very limited and it was 200.00, I just wouldn't expect to pay that much for an outlet store.

There is trash everywhere terrible job cleaning I expect more for this store please fix. - - - The only reason I rate it 2 stars instead of one is because of Nolan he was really nice and helped me with everything please give him a raise.

This store was absolutely filthy. Clothes strewn all over the place and piled up carelessly on top of things. It looked as if hurricane Hugo stopped in for some last minute Christmas deals. Staff was busy hanging out with one another- perhaps Polo gets a write off for hiring lower mental functioning staff at this location. The worst part- there was dust, trash, tags, debris and anything else all over the floors. It looked as if they store had last been vacuumed by a blind man prior to the Black Friday sale. It's very rare that any retail store should get anything less than 5 stars. This one only gets one star, and that's simply because they remembered to turn on the lights. Manager- you're so absolutely incompetent, it's pathetic!!
