I recently had an incredibly disappointing shopping experience at this store. I’m already enrolled the membership of the store but I deleted my extra 20% discount text since my inbox is full. Before I shopped around I talked with a staff about my situation, I was told I can get 15% discount instead of 20%. I was ok with that. After I grabbed couple things to pay for them , the lady’s name is Malandy refused to provide the discount to me. I talked to her about my situation and her attitude is very schadenfreude and still refused to provide the any discount even the other staff said”yes”. If a brand fails to provide proper training to its employees, it risks losing all of its customers.
I am frequently buyer from them but their customer service is very disappointing. The staff have a type of attitude which really seems inappropriate. This makes the shopper uncomfortable as the arrogance is unbearable. I mean you are spending hundreds of thousands dollars on shopping and the brand but not getting that service that is such a disappointment. I guess the brand no longer need their customers. Never gonna visit them again neither gonna suggest anyone to buy from them.
This is a Factory Outlet which was once an outlet to sell off discontinued items and / or seconds but now appears to be just just another store selling Polo branded products made with lower quality materials at Polo prices. The extravagant Polo designs seem targeted at the tourist trade with the subtle horse and rider logo swamped by total body coverage. What was once a quality brand now appears to be both a parody and a cash cow, what a shame.
I've always loved the look of polos. But the prices are insane thats why I get my Ralph Lauren clothes from either winners or Walmart although staff where very helpful and kind.
Great experience shopping here with my husband and daughter. All staff was very welcoming and helpful!
Incredibly poor customer service from management. I asked a staff member for a size that wasn't on the floor they returned handed the item to me repeating the size I asked for. I got home and realized the size I was handed was completely wrong. As there were only a few left and it's a far drive for me I called to ask if the correct size could be held until the next day so I could come back and exchange it. The manager told me no and was completely unapologetic about the incredible inconvenience this cost me. I was not asking for a favour I was simply asking them to do the right thing and help fix their mistake. I expected better customer service from this brand even though it's an outlet.
I was looking for a specific men's sweater Which I was not able to find on line. I decided to checkout the outlet store. They didn't have what I wanted, but one of the sale staff I think her name was Raha went above & beyond to help me find something similar. what a great experience! I ended up buying a few more things that she recommended. I'll definitely be back!
Had a great experience, thanks to Chaeha and her quick understanding of my need. Her thorough knowledge of products and offers really helped me out in choosing the right one for myself at best price. I remember coming here and being mistreated by a girl named Breanna.S My shopping experience was ruined by her. She was rude to my handicapped friend and made us never to wanna return to this store. I've stopped supporting and wearing polo ralph Lauren due to the incident. I go to Tommy Hilfiger and the Nike store instead now.
I experienced AMAZING customer service from Becca Rosky at the Polo Ralph Lauren factory store in Winnipeg. My family was visiting Winnipeg couple of weeks ago and after coming back to Toronto, we realized that one of the shirts we got was a size too big, and because we did not have the receipt, the Vaughan Mills store did not want to do an exchange for the right size. I decided to try my luck by calling the Winnipeg store to see if they would be able to find my receipt on their system, and I did not have high hopes as this is a big ask over the phone on a Sunday afternoon. However, after the initial store associate passed me over to Becca, she was super helpful and asked me questions in order to narrow down the search on the store system. I gave her the date, amount, and a tentative time of our shopping and she worked with that information to find us the receipt. Moreover, she scanned and emailed it for me to show to the Vaughan store. Customer service like Becca's is what makes people want to go back to stores and makes loyal customers. I sincerely wish her the best and hope that the management recognizes and appreciates her hard work and excellent customer service!
