This store has a lot of variety of shirts, jeans etc. There’s a small collection of office attire. What makes this Ralph Lauren store unique is that there’s a custom tailor shop that you can add RL designed patches on your shirts, pants or anything RL. Each patch costs $10-50 depending on the size. I customized my shirts by adding three patches for $15 each. I’ll come back for more!!

Priscilla is a natural at having innate customer service skills. She stayed patient, while we were ordering patches for me and my girlfriend jackets when store was closing. She never rushed nor gave off any inconsistencies of ready to leave. She was awesome. Thx Priscilla for everything.

Cashier attitude is pathetic, she is rude and unprofessional. Sent an email, no response yet.

Very small store foe both men and women, not a huge selection of clothes.

I would give zero star to this location if I could, they are very disorganized, staff was bringing customers they were helping straight to the register while the other long line of customers stood still to pay. It made me myself and other customers feel in line we were less valued customers then those that the associates took priority of us.

Me and my sister came here. We were asked “if we needed help”, we said no thank you but this young woman with a walkie continued to follow us around the store. When we did need help we were ignored. Sales associates also gathered on a display, LEANED on it, effectively blocking customers from looking at anything on it, and talked about what they were going to eat for lunch. They were rude, discourteous and childish. You would think they would give these children better training. I contacted Polo about this mistreatment but we were ignored. Don’t go here, go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being.

I've had no problems feeling welcomed, or customer service issues. The staff checks for sizes, multiple times during one visit, no problems. Had issue with scanning coupon at register, cashier handled it manually, so I could receive my discount. Also order products through the store and received the store discount for online items. I've been to this store 4 times over the last 3 months of 2020. Health and safety procedures where adhered to and felt very safe that store was taking health concerns seriously. Great store and good prices!
