The museum is very informative about all the history of logging in the great PNW. No handicap access. They told us since it's a historical building, that to install handicapped access would have to be through private donations.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$1–5
Beautiful house museum, very well done and fun. Our kids pretended they lived there and played house in the kitchen and dining, pretended to use the desk in the breakfast room, etcetera. They really enjoyed it and so did we. Staff were friendly and told us about the history and we got some good items at the gift shop. The price for our whole family was only 15 dollars and the kids loved getting the little museum passports and getting them stamped. The house history, local history, and lumber industry history all come together to make this place really interesting and they have knowledgeable and engaging staff. Architectural details and period items make it fun and interesting historically as well.
First class museum. Great local Hoquiam history. Friendly and helpful staff.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
Beautiful rose garden. Very educational. Well worth the stop and small donation. Came here looking for a geocache but ended up taking a self guided tour.
My husband and I went to the Reopening after the 3 month remodel/updating. Our first ever visit and it was Amazing! Sooo well done with a never ending array of artifacts and information! Volunteers had such interesting stories. Out building also open to view the huge locomotive and huge log on the antique equipment used to haul it! We spent 2 hours there!
The Polson Museum is a must-visit location! My family loves going here. The history is so rich and fun to read about. The train room is a favorite for my kids. Also, the price is very reasonable.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure

Loved this museum! So thoughtfully put together. So many interesting things to see. Definitely will go back!
We were quite impressed with the museum and all of the artifacts they have, as well as the curators who spoke regarding everything they had. This museum is well worth a visit.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$1–5
