Once you sign up with them, don't expect anything related to the word customer service. They won't care about you cause they got what they wanted. They were "too busy" to help me with some issues I was having with my policy. I switched in a heartbeat and will never come back or refer anyone!

I always get my taxes done here there might be a little wait time but it is worth your time and money. I tried going to a different place due to the wait time but no one will tell you the truth and get you the refund you deserve this is why i still come here best place to get your tax refund

The customer service here is so incredible, everyone is so nice and friendly.They helped me a lot. I had to report an accident to the company and when I came here they helped me till the end with all the process.I will recommend it this place.
