Very clean and well kept mobile home park. So grateful to all my seller and buyers here for the opportuniity to help them in their journey!

I love it I always go there for Christmas to my grandma's I love the park at the mobile home and my mom lived there for a lot of years its a good place

This park has changed dramatically since New management . They are on top of things the parks clean all street lights work, pool now has lock with residents having keys , so no more outside hooligans taking over pool and destroying park best decision ever. They even had a Christmas party with Santa last year and gave it prizes for best lights in park..This park now feels more like a place to raise your kids and be a family with great neighbors and friends and when we had a problem contacted management they were here within 5 min with their electrician .Ive lived here with my family 12 tears almost and we now love it here . great place if your looking for somewhere to bring family and buy a home with great neighbors .

Three stars, because it's right in the shadow of a HUGE pile of Cal Poly, Pomona owned trash. Yep, a Landfill that in 20 years will be a new housing development! Or school dorms, maybe...

Wow its really a great place to live. If your looking to buy or rent. Clean and beautiful, quite. They have a pool and reckroom for kids.

This is a beautiful all ages mobile home community, clean and well kept. Located in a desirable area right by Cal Poly Pomona.

I don't live here, but I have a buddy who does. Everytime I go there, it seems pretty quiet, friendly enough people.
