This experience was surprisingly good, i was expecting long line and delay for getting a new water connection but it was fairly quick and simple. The lady at water counter was super nice and helped in getting in done quickly. Thanks to all the processes in place, the task was done in the time it warranted for.
Office of the City Manager has the most" down to earth", friendly and helpful staff.
Lyons Park, The garbage man and recycle pick up truck drivers disrespect our neighborhood. They knock over 75% of the containers leaving debris blowing around the area. They abuse the equipment that we pay for with our tax dollars. Today is 3/4/2022 and they need to be replaced.
Was thinking about visiting, but no thanks, the vice mayors attitude to law enforcement is despicable.
I love my city The City Hall is always clean every time I come. I’m here regularly to pay my water bill because the staff is friendly and helpful. I like to see the latest events or happenings going on in the area they have posted on their community boards.
That clown, Perkins, should resign. Politicians are not above the law.

There were very professional and my best costumer services experience
I've called more than 10 times for the code compliance department, left a message with a number every single time and nobody ever pick up the phone or return phone calls. Do not know what type of employees they have working at code compliance that do not answer the phone or return phone calls. Thus is ridiculous!
Jacklin made the entire process of opening my business soo much easier. I've never done it before and she was very helpful and patient the entire time.
