This is a lock and safe spot, but the services I received was a tire change. I pulled up to the parking lot as I had gotten a flat tire, and Thomas was the first person to ask if I was ok, and helped me change it in an instant. Looking at the reviews I see why this place has 4.9 stars as they are fast, efficient, and friendly. Thank you so much for helping me!!!
I would much rather support a locally owned business than a chain like Wal-Mart. The customer service was great and to get the keys made that I needed took less than 5 min. Super quick & fair price.
I just called for the guys' service, and they advised me to buy another lock, and it was the best thing that I did. Thanks for the talking. YOU MUST TRY IT.
The staff was very unfriendly and rude they try to charge me a dollar a SC4 key blank I was trying to buy a box of 50 I told the employee, that it was too much for a key blank he started giving me a bad attitude. And told me to go somewhere else i said thank you and left...way to run a business.

These Guys are the best. Great service.. And they really try to help you out in any way that they can. We sell used office furniture and sometimes in order to close the deal, we need to provide the customer keys for the desk or file cabinet. they have been 99.9% accurate in cutting us keys. - They always say that we cant guarantee unless we bring in the lock, but they are truly 99.9% accurate. They know their stuff ! We always refer them to our customers.. Super convenient that they are just down the road from us.

Got a broken key removed from cylinder within minutes for a fair price. Also had copies done from their cool collection of keys. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Staff is extremely helpful in solving your issues note: don't get service from the young heavy set kid you will leave very upset and disappointed he is very racist and disrespectful to the most degree. Other then that a wonderful place to do business
