My son and I had not been to the dentist in quite sometime. They made us feel completely comfortable. My son has sensory issues and I was very nervous for him. They said he did amazing. We can’t wait to go back.
I love Ponchatoula Family Dentistry! This is the first time I’ve ever loved a dentist. Dr. George is patient and thorough. I feel at ease when he works on me and he does a great job of explaining everything. From Brittany’s smile when you first walk in to the hygienist, Fran, who made me feel so welcome, you can’t go wrong here! I truly appreciate all of the help Emma and Gracie have given me over the last few years. Also, Gracie is amazing with helping me to keep up with my appointments through text message reminders. I don’t miss appointments anymore because I actually like going now.
From the first phone call to get my appointment and to the first visit at Dr George’s office it was amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The dental hygienist Jennifer was very kind and patient with me. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr George came in and made me feel very comfortable about all of my teeth issues. They were able to give me another appointment the very next day to fix a loose crown. I finally feel like I have found the best dentist office ever! Thank you Dr George and all of your staff!
I’ve been a patient here over three years…great experience every visit. Great staff; friendly and professional and fun. Dr. George is gentle and his kind demeanor always puts me at ease. I am always seen promptly and my appointments are completed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this practice!
I finally found my new dentist! The staff was polite, quick, and professional. Before I could even finish completing the new patient paperwork, I was being called to the back. The dental technician, Stephanie I think, calmed my anxiety with her conversation and kindness. She was very gentle witness she cleaned my teeth- no pain or bleeding. Dr. George was just as polite, and he patiently answered my questions and provided me with several options going forward for my dental needs. I never felt pressured or rushed. Once again, this was a great experience, and I've already scheduled my appointment for my dental work.
Front desk employees were extremely nice and very professional. And the dentist was amazing! I didn’t feel an ounce of pain during my procedure and he constantly made sure I was doing alright. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice!!!
I’m so pleased with my whole experience… from making an appointment to having my extraction. This was my first time meeting Dr. George and his staff, everyone was professional and very pleasant. Dr. G bed side manners made me feel like he actually cared about the pain I was about to endure! Lol My anxiety level was tweaking but I had to compose myself and just get it done. The procedure was over so fast without much discomfort….other than a heavy lip! Thank you guys!
As someone who has always been terrified of the dentist, this place is by far the BEST. From the time you walk in, you’re treated like a good friend, and not just a patient. Dr. George has his staff are absolutely wonderful, professional and so very kind.
Very nice crew! This was my first visit, but most definitely not my last. They are friendly, respectful, and caring. Thanks for patients.. See you again, soon
After checking in at the front desk I didn’t even have time to sit down before they called me to the back. Without exception everyone is polite, friendly and professional. I also appreciate that no one tries to upsell services. I’ve found my dentist for life!
