Charming place with camper sites and cabins for rent. Cabins are quite rustic, but clean and comfortable. Make sure your site isn't waterlogged after a rain. People are friendly and look our for each other. Camp store is quaint. Music Saturday nights.

Beautiful place to say had the owner not brought the rest of his family in. Contemplated buying one of the campers and went back the next year to buy it and the price had tripled because his daughters are there now. That was after I called and the woman said she would find out how much it would be for me to rent it for the month and never contact me back.

It's a Nice Area! Very Woodsy. Mostly Permanent camps. But , seen a few Nice 1's for Sale. Friendly Neighbors, to the Friends we Were Visiting! Pretty Good Rds thru Camp too. 'We were Even On our Bike.'

Quiet nice place to relax Playground: Small playground with a spring fed pond for swimming Dog-friendliness: Dogs must be registered have all their shots

Just want everybody to no if u buy a camp from anyone n they owe any money on the site they will make u pay any money owed plus the seasonal rate for the season n if u dont they will not let u stay n if u dont pay what the previous owner owes they will take the camper n not let u stay. That's just wrong. So if u buy a camper from anyone in this camp make sure all Bill's r paid

Has a swimming hole. With a little homemade water slide. Has mini horses. A cool big bird. You can ride your your wheelers. And more...

Did appointed it used to bed fun. And lots to do know there's nothing to do

Been here for 3 years.....love the place....tons for kids to do....staff is very friendly and very helpful....most relaxing campground we've ever been at. Truly a gem in the hills of Frankin County, N.Y.

The horses are adorable, folks are friendly, and my Dad and Mom really enjoy it! Can't wait to spend more time here with them!

Have spent a lot of time there. Absolutely love it. My father, Kenny, had his camp for years. Great surroundings and great people.
