Ponderosa Village at the University of Nevada, Reno offers spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes for rent in the northwest area of Reno, NV. Our gated community is the only on-campus graduate housing and we are now leasing brand new housing on campus for Faculty Members, Graduates and Professional Students. The new homes will contain fully equipped, full size, energy efficient appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and side by side washer/dryer. The monthly rent will also include high-speed wired and wireless internet, water, sewer, and trash. The community will have an off-street University permit parking space, the required ADA parking and the use of an additional upper level off street University permit parking lot.
