Very helpful. Were able to answer my questions on a variety of topics. They made sure that I had everything I needed before I left.
We had our hot tub delivered today, and while I cant comment on the quality or the tub itself, I can share my disappointment with the delivery. I returned home today to find a pile of packaging in my driveway and my wife told me that the delivery people do not take the packaging. Really, its my job to dispose of this? I called and the person who answered the phone said this is normal, and they "usually bundle it for you to dispose of". No apology, no explanation. That's bad business.....period.
We do not recommend this company due to once they sell you a pool, you are on your own. We purchased the Quantum, 27 x 54 size, they sent a horrible contractor to put the pool up, we have a huge buckle at the base of the pool and have sent pictures to the manager and their district office. For weeks we are told someone will get back to us and we have yet to hear anything from them. Completely disgusted with the customer service after the sale.
Hot tub will be delivered in 8 weeks!
We purchased a pool from Pool City Cranberry and finally had it installed last week. We are very happy with the pool as well as the installation crew. Very professional service from the sale to the installation!
This review is mainly to comment on the exceptional service by Kim Poore at the Cranberry store. I purchased a pool at the end of June and although I think the excavators dug a little too much, and I was plagued with 6 leaking hoses, which were finally fixed a week later. Kim specifically helped me by answering some bonding questions and even got down on the ground to show me exactly how to install a piece of equipment. That was a tremendous help. Dave Mangan who sold the pool was very nice and easy to deal with. I can't say I was thrilled with the whole process, but once everything settles down, the pool should be nice.
Completely unhelpful. Will sell older products without full disclosure. Unwilling to help answer even the most basic questions. What you save by getting it at a discount price, you’ll ending up paying 10x in the long run.
Most of the staff seemed to be nice and courteous but the person in charge I think he was the manager, kept hovering over the sales person trying to help me. After fourty minutes he tried to but in and ask if there was anything he could do. I told him that I was well taken care of but he still just stood there. Making me uncomfortable so I left. One person was enough. I was the only customer and he made me fell as though I was only there to preyed upon very unprofessional.
Went in to buy a hot tub that my wife saw at the home and garden show. The sales person had no idea about the sales prices at the show. After 3 or 4 phone calls with the sales person from the show they basically said everything my wife was told at the show was wrong. Had they even tried to match what they told us at the show I would've payed cash instead of the financing they also told us was wrong at the show.
Very helpful with my jacuzzi filter I needed. I had limited information and the went above and beyond to get me the correct filter. Good customer service.
