3 Star review because the old guy with blonde hair working at the pool bar has to be the rudest person ever. Other then that nice clean and relaxed area. Buckets of 6 beers $54 . Always beds available

Visited for a week for our 10yr anniversary with our two babies. Was hoping for a relaxing time. Most staff were rude mainly the pool area my wedding ring was stolen for our hotel room. I’m pissed, and devastated. The morning of checking out and getting our family together to head home showering/lotion and what not I set my wedding ring on the nightstand while getting our boys ready. It was the last thing to grab and I forgot to put it back on as we were rushing to leave and return our car rental. Called within 45 minutes of checkout to let them know I left my ring on the nightstand. Housekeeping manager/housekeeper whomever went to check and said there was no ring there. I have a photo before leaving and my ring was right there on the nightstand! One of them two took my ring. A 10k ring that should’ve been safe in the hotel room and with staff. No one at the hotel was of any help figuring out who had my ring. We spent waaaay too much money here to be treated the way we did during our week stay on top of my ring being taken from the room.if I can give negative stars I would

Reserved a chair a month before going. Reserved it for every day there. $100 each chair per day When I asked for one in the sun their reply at the desk it’s first come first serve. What’s the point of reservations if you’re not getting what you want. Waited an hour for a drink. Not happy to say the least. And the pool is extremely small for this size of a hotel. So far staff is not very friendly. I’ll go back to Mirage and Bellagio

The  lifeguard who is always whistling ruined my experience at the pool. He had an attitude, should be fired. The pool also closes too early.

We rented a Cabana for the pool. $378 for the whole day. Water, Gatorade, Red Bull, Rice Crispy Treats, and chips were included in the purchase; we didnt have to pay extra for it. And they refilled the fridge and snacks at our request, no extra charges. Pool area was decent enough. Kids enjoyed themselves

Stayed at hotel,didn’t have time for the pool

I’m at NYNY pool now. Great time and son  completing enjoying himself as I am. I’m excited about the lifeguards. I’m watching my son and was watching the lifeguards, which I can tell are qualified, except I’m concerned about one, he’s not in swimming gear like the others, he’s uninterested. Leanne back and not concerned.

Not worth 500$  precovid was  250$ rental
