The first company to bring you pool based Stand Up Paddleboarding. We offer three signature classes Pool Paddle Yoga, Pool Paddle Fitness and Kids Pool Paddle Play. This hybrid of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), fitness & yoga takes your workout to a whole new level strengthening your core, challenging your balance and forcing your mind to be present in the moment. POOL PADDLE YOGA is a variation of Stand Up Paddleboarding combined with yoga commonly referred to as SUP Yoga. This class consists of a brief safety and paddling lesson. The yoga portion of class will be spent moving through a modified Vinyasa Flow sequence that will work the core muscles and challenge balance.
