Ordered online for a funeral arrangement. Got confirmation the arrangement would be delivered. The next day we got an email... not a phone call... saying the arrangement couldn't be delivered because they are closed. So why weren't the orders online disabled? Why did you take our money when you knew you couldn't fulfill the order? I own a business and I trusted another small business to take the same care and customer service as I do my own. This arrangement was for a dear client and friend. I trusted this company to do as they said they would. I hope we don't have to beg for the refund. Very bad business!!! We will never order from Pooles florist again.
Friend's mother in law passed away. Did an online funeral bouquet arrangement order to be delivered. Paid $180 for the flowers! 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FUNERAL I get an email. Sorry your order is cancelled. Store is closed. Well I'm sorry but why the hell did ya let me order? Now I got no flowers, no time to re-order, and $180 on my credit card that I have to wait on for refund. Never again!
Terrible rude service!! Stay away, will charge extra to your card! Valentines Day should be special for anyone. I called & ordered a boquet for my granddaughter & had my name signed grandma mimi. was given a price quote. agreed. I decided to call back and put the other grandaughters name on it-just to be fair about it. Asked to add additional "from" name as well. I repeated the to and from names twice! She repeated it back to me. They ended up messing this up. The TO and FROM had SAME NAME ON IT! How can you make a mistake this big? When I called the lady said "well its too late to change it, just explain it to her what happened, I cant do anything".really? she is 7 I OFFERED TO SEND A PIC OF CARD, plus the flowers weren't even nicely arranged. Cheap looking so $60 out the window, I couldve got better looking flowers at foodlion! I asked HER to give a credit to my card-thats the least they could do for the disappointment! She HUNG UP ON ME. HOW RUDE! Plus I was overcharged. I was quoted the flower price PLUS delivery fee price. still overcharged! Horrible customer service!!
Mrs. Poole made beautiful arrangements for our mother. Our family used her often. Very talented and kind lady.
Made flowers arrangements for my infant granddaughter funeral..They did a wonderful job in creating a keepsake Angel for my granddaughter everyone commented on how well it was crafted and very creative and one of a kind just for our special angel..The Bleed Heart was so beautiful had never seen one done with a double heart before but it was so special looking..Prices are reasonable..Staff was very caring in our time in need..I was calling and placing my order over the phone from out of state..Never seen the flowers until we got to funeral home..This florist did us right in all was possible..if I ever need to use a florist in this area again I will be sure to use them..
Very friendly and kind. Made you feel very welcome. Well give them my service again and tell others about them as well.
Mrs. Poole is very nice and she dose a awesome job on her arrangements they always come out beautiful.
Found best pricing for this area here. Customer service was wonderful. Very accommodating.
